Our Attorneys

Stephen P. Ahlheim

Stephen P. Ahlheim has been practicing law in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, General Litigation, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Corporate, Collection and Traffic Law since his graduation from and received his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Louis University School of Law in May, 1993. Prior to law school, Steve attended grade school at the Academy of the Sacred Heart in St. Charles, high school at DeSmet Jesuit High School and then graduated, cum laude, from the University of Dayton, in April, 1989, Bachelors of Arts, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics. Steve, together with his wife, Laura, and his children, Grant and Mia live in the Chesterfield area where Steve is active in the community. Steve has been a member of professional organizations including the Missouri Bar, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Heartland Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) (former Board member), and the St. Louis Estate Planning Council and is / has been a member / board member of civic and charitable groups including the St. Charles Kiwanis Club, St. Joseph Cottleville Catholic Church planning board, the Alumni Board of the Academy of the Sacred Heart and St. Charles Jaycees.

Mary Elizabeth Dorsey

Mary Elizabeth Dorsey is a member of the law firm of Ahlheim & Dorsey, L.L.C. She is a 1984 graduate of Benedictine College (Atchison, KS) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a 1987 graduate of St. Louis University School of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree. She has practiced law for twelve years in the St. Louis area, first with the law firm of Deeba Sauter Herd then in 1998 becoming a member of Ahlheim & Dorsey, L.L.C. She is a resident of Florissant and currently serves as Florissant Township Committeewoman. She is involved in numerous organizations including the Florissant Valley Jaycees, North County, Inc. and past Legal Counsel and current Vice-president of the Missouri Jaycees.

Richard P. Dorsey

Richard P. Dorsey has practiced law in the St. Louis area since 1985. He began as an Associate with the firm of Niedner, Niedner, Ahlheim & Bodeux in St. Charles. The firm later became Niedner, Ahlheim, Bodeux & Dorsey when he became a Partner. In 1995, he and Edward C. Ahlheim formed the firm of Ahlheim & Dorsey, LLC. He is a 1981 graduate of St. Louis University with a degree in Business Administration and a 1984 graduate of St. Louis University with both a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Business Administration. He was a Prosecuting Attorney for the City of St. Peters, Missouri and served one term in the Missouri House of Representatives. He currently serves as Chairman of the St. Louis County Boundary Commission. A life-long resident of North St. Louis County, he has served on the Boards of Directors of numerous charities and not for profit organizations. He is currently involved in the Florissant Rotary Club, Greater North County Chamber of Commerce, Valley Industries Sheltered Workshop and North Star District of the Greater St. Louis Area Council Boy Scouts of America. He practices in the area of Creditors’ Rights (Collection, Landlord-Tenant and Bankruptcy), Estate Planning, Real Estate and Taxation.
